Hey yo! There are a few things I wanna say (: First, a pat on the shoulder for all the guys who played the friendly match on wednesday! Though you guys made us wanna vomit blood (LOL), we believe you guys have yet to unleash your full potential! you people sure can do alot better! :D Perhap it was because it was your first official friendly match in 4v4 format, so everyone was kinda nervous and didnt know what to expect. Esp the goalies. But we must applaud for the goalies' effort in saving so many goals for the team (: We hope that under the guidance of the senior girls, and after the match, you guys have learnt new things and gained much experience. There are more friendly games to come, so do look forward to it! I believe everytime after we play one game, we become better as we apply what we have been doing in training and also learn to overcome situations (: shots are more accurate and powerful, definitely (: Second, there are ladders and hexagons drawn on the floor of the outdoor netball court. ladders are for agility and speed training while the hexagons is for building of ankle strength. please build up your ankle strength (if you think you need) by doing the exercises - start from the centre, jump out of each side and back in, going in one direction. guys 500, girls 250. do set by set. Third, APAC floorball championships 2010 will be held on 3-7feb. It's all Mens. It is also the qualification round for teams to take part in World Floorball Championships 2010. A daily ticket is required to watch the match. It is sold daily at Woodlands Sports Hall. $4 for students (aged 7-18yrs old) and $8 for adult. Match schedule can be found here: http://www.floorballx.com/APAC2010.html Lastly, this is the update found on Redsports regarding the IVP floorball Mens finals between RP and ITE. It was a really exciting game!!! Read the story here: http://redsports.sg/2010/01/28/rp-ite-floorball/ Jiayou in floorball and school work! (:

HI ALL! IM EXCITED ABOUT THIS :D It's a really good chance for us to watch national teams play and support our very own Team Singapore! (and it's super near my house so im damn happy hahaha) Anyway I got this from TJC's floorball site: "The Asia Pacific Floorball Championship 2010 is here again! The Singapore Floorball Association will be organising the Asia Pacific Floorball Championship 2010 (APAC) at Woodlands Sports Hall from 3 to 7 February 2010. This year's APAC will be an exciting event as it is also the AOFC qualifier for the Men's World Floorball Championship 2010 which will be held in Finland in December. Please do come down and show your support to Team Singapore!
SFA is also looking for volunteers for the event. Please email sfa.event@gmail.com to indicate your interest." I personally feel that the match between Japan Korea Australia and Singapore are the more exciting ones. cause I heard about them before lollll (no discrimination) Alright this is just an update on floorball events hehe!
