Registration
The registration fee is : $ 50.00 per team. Each team comprises of 3 players and 1 reserve.
Payment is to be made by crossed cheque to "Singapore Floorball Association" together with the
completed registration form to :

Prizes
Cash prizes and medals will be given to the top 3 teams of each category.

Categories
• Under 12
Boys and Girls (for those born on and after 1.1.1997)
• Under 15
Boys and Girls (for those born on and after 1.1.1994)
• Under 17
Boys and Girls (for those born on and after 1.1.1992)
• Under 19
Boys and Girls (for those born on and after 1.1.1990)
• Under 19 Mixed
Boys and Girls (for those born on and after 1.1.1990)
- at all times, there must be 1 girl on court
• Open Mixed
- at all times, there must be 1 female on court
• Men’s Open
• Ladies’ Open

Tournament System
The tournament will be played on a Double Knockout System. Each game will last for 5 minutes with no
interval.

Composition of Teams
A team shall comprise of 3 players and 1 reserve. A player can register in a maximum of 2 categories.

Closing Date
Entry is on a first-come-first-served basis. Only the first 32 teams in each category to register will be
allowed to participate in the tournament. Cheques for those not accepted in the tournament will be
returned. The closing date for entries is 31st October 2009.
