Training will resume next week. Trainings will be on every Wednesday and Saturday (Coach will come down) while PT will be on Tuesdays.
Training time is yet to be confirmed, will inform all asap.
Please meet at grandstand at 4.15pm every Tuesday for PT.
Be ready in attire, with water bottle and towel.
