Physical strength is indispensable.

Another area to build on is our game consciousness.
I think line change today was the best so far. Everyone was fast and knew who to change with instantly. good work people! (:
what we are unsure of is what to do after whenever the whistle is blown and exactly how to do it correctly. This can be built up through experiences in friendly matches.

We learn new stuff from every training and every friendly game.
There's so much but we cant forget them!
To remember it, we apply.
Eventually, these skills are in-built in us and come naturally once we step into the court with our sticks!

Every mistake made is a lesson learnt.
We can make it once, twice but never thrice.
