hey ladies, i've lots of announcements to make, so take note!

1. morning run will be substitued by anaerobic exercises like sprints as well as passes. attendance for the past few runs are quite good so keep it up! do rmb to bring your sticks everyday cos we'll be using them. goalkeepers, you'll have to train up on your reflexes!

2. ankle tapes are $6.30 per roll, inclusive of GST. those interested in buying please inform me ASAP. best by this week!

Project Vibrant Colours 2- Photo Acknowledgement

• Each class/CCA needs to submit a minimum of 15 photos to acknowlegde the people who had impacted their lives.
• The photograph will need to include a written msg acknowledging the person/grp of ppl in the photo for who they are or sth they have done.
• The collected acknowledgements will be pieced tgt, showcased in our sch during Intnl Friendship Wk and to create a S'pore record-breaking collage measuring 24m by 16m at the grand finale showcased at Vivocity on 31May 2009
• Each person can submit more than 1 photo.
• All acknowledgements need to be written ON the photo.
• The top 3 classes/CCA with the most no. of submissions will stand a chance to win a prize.

Indeed, it's alot about our mental strength.
Physical strength is indispensable.
So we gotta build on our physical power!

Another area to build on is our game consciousness.
I think line change today was the best so far. Everyone was fast and knew who to change with instantly. good work people! (:
what we are unsure of is what to do after whenever the whistle is blown and exactly how to do it correctly. This can be built up through experiences in friendly matches.

We learn new stuff from every training and every friendly game.
There's so much but we cant forget them!
To remember it, we apply.
Eventually, these skills are in-built in us and come naturally once we step into the court with our sticks!

Every mistake made is a lesson learnt.
We can make it once, twice but never thrice.

Shiyuan and i wanted to have a debrief today but some had to leave first so im just briefly talking about it here.
